Pending Legislation Impacting ASCs — House Bill 1421 and Senate Bill 325

There are currently two bills moving through the Indiana General Assembly’s Legislative Session that would impact ambulatory surgical centers: House Bill 1421 and Senate Bill 325. Both bills are concerned with price transparency and the requirements enacted in 2020’s Senate Enrolled Act 5. The Capitol Group has provided this summary of the current state of these bills for IFASC members.
