ASC Disclosure Requirements Update

As your association, we wanted to give you an update regarding the current Indiana law requiring ambulatory surgical centers to post on an Internet web site 70 shoppable services, 30 common services, and the weighted average negotiated charge per service by March 31, 2021. We know that there have been many questions and confusion on these requirements.
