After Action Report Review

Interactive Virtual Session
In an effort to provide resources and tools for Indiana ASCs, IFASC has funded an after action review of our pandemic response to be performed by Vantage Point Consulting. As part of this effort, IFASC has collected data about individual facility responses to the pandemic via a survey for Indiana ASCs. Results from this survey will be used to create an After Action Report (AAR) and presented in an interactive virtual session on October 23.
A short Business Meeting will follow the Review for the purpose of updating IFASC Members about the association and electing Board Members.
Registration for the After Action Report Review is free for Members of IFASC. Representatives from nonmember centers may register for the Review for $100 per center. If your center would like to join IFASC, please visit our Membership Information Page.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the IFASC Executive Office no later than 10/13/2020. All refund requests will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after 10/13/2020.
